I’ve got some pp (practice pad) time before that will happen.
About 2.5 weeks ago I added a a flam paraddidle after 3 bars or 7 bars of a 6 stroke roll as an amendment to lesson 23 (for possible solo vocabulary) so it’s great we started that etude last week!

Mason Guidry with Johnathan Scales on pans and E’Lon JD on bass. Definitely go see them if they are in your area. Make sure you leave time to hang out and talk to them after the show. Mason is a killer drummer and super nice guy. Heck he even let me hold his snare drum and let my son play his bass drum! Check them out when you can!
